I've never seen a web hosting company less than a dollar a month. I think you should be careful though, notice how something that is not on this list is a sort of customer service? If you have a problem, you will be out of luck. Go with GoDaddy or something costs a few dollars more. I like GoDaddy, because there is always someone you can call if you need help with anything, and they speak English.
